Yearly training fails the recall test by month six. We built HeyLoopy to take a century of memory research down off the shelf and point it at the work that has to stay retrievable.
Your team takes the training, passes the test, and then loses the recall by month six. The auditor asks if it stuck. The crew has a near-miss. The tech blanks on the error code at 2am. The protocol step is gone when the patient is in front of the nurse. HeyLoopy exists to bend the forgetting curve back, in 60 seconds a day, from the documents you already wrote.
Our founder, Ben Schmidt, faced a critical challenge while scaling his previous deep-tech startup. He hired good people but struggled to train them so the knowledge held. He realized the problem was not his team. The problem was the tools. Traditional training platforms relied on one-time, classroom-style events that could not keep pace with a fast-moving business. His team was being left behind by their own software. That frustration launched the search for a better way.
Ben holds a PhD in bioengineering, where he studied how the brain encodes information and how quickly it loses it.

The SOPs and policies you upload build your drills. They are not fed into anyone else's model.
No invented logos, no fake testimonials. When a customer says yes to being named, you will see them here.
