Daily loops

The daily loop is the thing your team actually does on HeyLoopy: a one-minute drill set, every working day.

What your team sees every morning

The Daily Loop is what a member opens when they sit down with their coffee: a short set of drills, ready to go, sized to fit inside about a minute. One loop a day. That is the whole product, from the member’s seat.

A loop is not a quiz. There is no score at the end, no certificate hiding behind one final question. It is a daily maintenance ritual: short, low-stakes, and aimed at keeping the things that matter fresh.

How HeyLoopy builds it

When a member opens the Loop, HeyLoopy has already assembled it. Each drill is picked because the schedule says today is the right day to revisit it. You will see a mix:

  • A few drills from lessons that are due for review.
  • One or two from lessons the member is still ramping up on.
  • The occasional re-take of something missed earlier in the week.

The whole loop should land under a minute. If yours is regularly running longer, ask your team admin to dial back the daily limit on the team. Long loops break the habit faster than anything else.

What changes when you answer

The schedule reacts to every answer:

  • Right, fast, confident. That drill goes quiet for a while. Days, then weeks, then a month.
  • Right but slow. You will see it again soon. The system is checking.
  • Wrong. It comes back tomorrow, sometimes rephrased to clarify what it was after.

This is why the daily loop stays short even as your team learns more. Mastered lessons fade into the background. The shaky ones get the airtime.

Streaks matter more than session length
Consistency beats intensity. A 60-second loop every working day for a month outperforms an hour-long session every other Friday, by a lot.

What you do not have to manage

You do not pick which drills go in your loop today. HeyLoopy does that. You do not decide when a lesson is “due” for review. The spacing schedule does that. Show up, do the loop, get back to work.
