Getting started
Five-minute path from new account to your team's first drill. What to do, what to skip, what comes later.
Goal
Get your team’s first Daily Loop live on a single piece of content that actually matters to your work. Once one drill is running on real material, every other feature of the platform makes sense in context.
The five steps
- 1Create an account. Sign up at app.heyloopy.com . Free for teams up to three. Full guide: How to sign up .
- 2Pick the first thing to drill. Resist the urge to start with your biggest, most complex SOP. Pick something narrow with high recall stakes: one regulation citation, one safety procedure, one product spec. You can always add more modules later.
- 3Create a module and upload your source. A module is the container; the source document is what Loopy turns into drills. PDF works today. Full guide: How to create a module .
- 4Review the drills Loopy drafts. This is the step that separates HeyLoopy from “AI-generated training.” You read every drill Loopy suggests, keep the ones that are right, fix the ones that are off, and reject the rest. Full guide: How to generate questions with AI .
- 5Enrol your team. Add the people who need to retain this material. They will see their first Daily Loop the next morning (or on whichever days you’ve set as training days ). Full guide: How to invite users .
Where to go next
- New to the ideas behind daily drills? Read the four core concepts in order.
- Already running? The knowledge base is organised by role: account, members, module admins, admins.
- Want the why behind the schedule? The science page on the marketing site covers the research foundation.
One module first, then breadth
The teams that get the most out of HeyLoopy run one narrow module for two weeks before adding a second. By the time the second module ships, the first has already produced enough Daily Loop history to be worth showing leadership.
