Admin: review team security activity
Review security-related activity for your team: logins, logouts, and account changes.
The canonical version of this guide lives at knowledge-base/admins/security activity logs . The walkthrough below is the older general/how-to/ version and is preserved for now; expect it to be retired once the canonical KB version is fully linked from every entry point.
What this is
HeyLoopy tracks security-related events for your team so administrators can spot unusual activity. The product surfaces these as activity logs in the admin area. This is operational visibility, not a compliance-grade audit trail. For certifications, retention windows, and export workflows suitable for a regulator or auditor, see our trust page .
Open team settings
Only team administrators can access this page. Two ways in:
- From the admin dashboard: open the left nav, expand the Administrator section, click Settings.
- From the top nav: click your name or profile icon in the top navigation bar, then Team Settings.
Review team activity
In Team Settings, click Activity Logs in the left nav. You’ll see a timeline of security-related team activity, including:
- Login and logout events, with device and time.
- Account changes team members have made, such as password or email updates.
Use the activity log to confirm only authorised people are accessing your tenant, and to spot unexpected access patterns early.
