Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, HeyLoopy makes it easy to reset.

Step-by-step

1. Go to the login page at app.heyloopy.com.
2. Click “Login with password” to switch to the password login screen.
3. Click the “Forgot password?” link below the password field.
4. Enter the email address associated with your account.
5. Click “Reset My Password” to send a reset link to your inbox.
6. Open the email from HeyLoopy and click the password reset link.
7. Enter your new password and confirm it.
8. Click “Change Password” to save.

You can now log in with your new password.

Tips

• Password reset links expire after a limited time. If your link has expired, request a new one.
• If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder.
• You can also log in without a password using the one-time code method – just enter your email and click “Email me a code” on the login page.
