How to Log In to HeyLoopy

Welcome to HeyLoopy! You have two convenient ways to log in to the platform.

This is the streamlined, password-free way to access your account:

Navigate to the Login Page at app.heyloopy.com and click Login.
Enter your email address into the email field.
Click “Email me a code” to receive a unique six-character verification code in your inbox.
Open your email, find the message from HeyLoopy, and copy the six-character code.
Paste the code into the verification field on the login screen.

You will be immediately logged in without needing to remember a password.

Getting started on HeyLoopy takes just a few minutes. There are two ways to join the platform.

If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, HeyLoopy makes it easy to reset.

You can now log in with your new password.

You can manage your personal information and preferences from your profile page.

Click your profile icon in the top navigation bar.
Click Profile to open your profile settings.
Update any of the following:
- Name: Your display name shown across the platform.
- Email address: The email used for login and notifications.
- Timezone: Your local timezone for scheduling and display purposes.
Click Save to apply your changes.

Use your real name so your team members and module admins can identify you.
Setting the correct timezone ensures that training day schedules and notifications align with your local time.
