Managing Your Subscription

As a team administrator, you can view your subscription status, access invoices, and manage billing through the subscription dashboard.

Viewing Subscription Status

  1. Navigate to your Team Settings by clicking your team name in the navigation.
  2. Click Subscription in the team menu.
  3. View your current plan details, including:
    • Your active plan and its features.
    • Billing cycle and next payment date.
    • Number of seats used versus available.

Viewing Invoices

  1. From the subscription page, click Invoices.
  2. View your billing history with past invoices and payment amounts.

Updating Payment Information

  1. From the subscription page, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
  2. In the Stripe portal, you can:
    • Update your payment method (credit card or other).
    • Change your billing address.
    • Download past invoices as PDFs.
    • Cancel or modify your subscription.

Free Trial

New teams start with a free trial period. During the trial:

  • You have full access to all HeyLoopy features.
  • No payment information is required until the trial ends.
  • You will be prompted to choose a plan when the trial expires.

Tips

  • Your subscription determines the number of team members you can have. Upgrade your plan if you need more seats.
  • Check the Usage page in team settings to monitor your team’s resource consumption, including AI coaching token usage.
