How to Manage Your Subscription on HeyLoopy
Managing Your Subscription
As a team administrator, you can view your subscription status, access invoices, and manage billing through the subscription dashboard.
Viewing Subscription Status
- Navigate to your Team Settings by clicking your team name in the navigation.
- Click Subscription in the team menu.
- View your current plan details, including:
- Your active plan and its features.
- Billing cycle and next payment date.
- Number of seats used versus available.
Viewing Invoices
- From the subscription page, click Invoices.
- View your billing history with past invoices and payment amounts.
Updating Payment Information
- From the subscription page, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
- In the Stripe portal, you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card or other).
- Change your billing address.
- Download past invoices as PDFs.
- Cancel or modify your subscription.
Free Trial
New teams start with a free trial period. During the trial:
- You have full access to all HeyLoopy features.
- No payment information is required until the trial ends.
- You will be prompted to choose a plan when the trial expires.
Tips
- Your subscription determines the number of team members you can have. Upgrade your plan if you need more seats.
- Check the Usage page in team settings to monitor your team’s resource consumption, including AI coaching token usage.
