How to view security activity logs on HeyLoopy

What this is

HeyLoopy tracks security-related events for your team and for each individual account so administrators can spot unusual activity. The product surfaces these as activity logs in the admin area.

This is operational visibility, not a compliance-grade audit trail. For a list of certifications, retention windows, and export workflows suitable for a regulator or auditor, see our trust page or contact sales.

View team-wide security activity

1. Click your team name in the navigation to open Team Settings.
2. Click Security in the team menu.
3. The security overview shows recent security events across your team.
4. Click Team Activity for the full log of team-wide actions.

View your own security activity

Every user can review their own account activity:

1. Click your profile icon and open Security.
2. Click Activity Log to see your personal history.
3. The log shows logins, password changes, and other security-related actions tied to your account.

Tips

• Review the team log on a regular cadence (weekly or monthly) so unusual patterns surface early.
• If a member’s account shows logins from an unexpected location, ask them to reset their password and confirm the device.
