How to View Security Audit Logs on HeyLoopy

Viewing Security Audit Logs

HeyLoopy maintains audit logs that track security-related events for your team. As an administrator, you can review these logs to monitor account activity.

Team Security Audit

1. Navigate to your Team Settings by clicking your team name in the navigation.
2. Click Security in the team menu.
3. View the security overview for your team, including recent security events.
4. Click Team Activity to see a detailed log of all team-wide activity.

Personal Security Audit

Each user can also view their own security audit log:

1. Click your profile icon and go to Security.
2. Click Audit Log to view your personal account activity history.
3. The log shows login events, password changes, and other security-related actions.

Tips

• Review audit logs regularly to detect any unusual activity on your team’s accounts.
• If you notice suspicious login activity, encourage the affected team member to change their password and enable two-factor authentication.
