Creating a Broadcast Lesson

Broadcast lessons let you push targeted learning content to all members enrolled in a module. Use broadcasts to introduce new material, reinforce key concepts, or share time-sensitive information.

Step-by-step

1. From the Staff Portal, open the module where you want to create a broadcast.
2. Click Broadcasts in the module menu.
3. Click Create to start a new broadcast.
4. Configure your broadcast content. You can include questions and reference material.
5. Review the broadcast before sending.

Deploying a Broadcast

1. From the broadcast detail page, click Deploy to send the broadcast to all enrolled members.
2. The broadcast questions will appear in members’ next loop sessions.

Managing Broadcasts

• Archive a broadcast when it is no longer needed. Archived broadcasts stop appearing in member loops.
• Delete a broadcast to remove it entirely.
• Restore a previously deleted broadcast if needed.

Tips

• Broadcasts are ideal for introducing new topics or addressing common mistakes you have observed in member performance.
• Deployed broadcasts preempt regular spaced-repetition questions, so members see them in their very next loop.
• You can view the status of each broadcast to see whether it has been deployed, archived, or is still in draft.
