How to View Module Analytics on HeyLoopy

Viewing Module Analytics

HeyLoopy provides analytics for each module so you can track how your students are performing and identify areas that need attention.

Step-by-step

1. From the Staff Portal, open the module you want to analyze.
2. Click Analytics in the module menu.
3. View the analytics dashboard with metrics including:
   • Submission data – Total questions answered by students.
   • Performance trends – How accuracy is changing over time.
   • Student engagement – Who is actively studying and who is falling behind.
   • Question difficulty – Which questions students struggle with most.

Module Activity

1. Click Activity in the module menu to see recent activity.
2. View a chronological log of student interactions with the module.

Submission History by Lesson

1. Open a specific lesson within the module.
2. Click Submissions in the lesson menu.
3. View all student submissions for that lesson, including their answers and whether they were correct.

Tips

• Use analytics to identify lessons or questions that need improvement – if many students get the same question wrong, the question or its reference material may need revision.
• Check the activity feed regularly to stay engaged with your students’ learning progress.
• Compare performance across lessons to see where students excel and where they struggle.
