Step-by-step

Log in to your HeyLoopy account at app.heyloopy.com .
From your Member Dashboard, click Loop in the navigation to start your daily session.
HeyLoopy will present questions from your enrolled modules, prioritized by what you need to review most.
Answer each question: you will receive immediate feedback on whether your answer was correct.
After answering, Loopy may provide an explanation or additional context to reinforce the concept.
Continue until your loop is complete. You will see a summary of your performance.

Reporting a Question

If you encounter a question during your loop that has an error, unclear wording, or other issue, you can report it to your module admin for review.

Step-by-step

During a loop or practice session, when you see a question with an issue, look for the Report option.
Click Report to open the report form.
Describe the issue with the question: for example, an incorrect answer, confusing wording, or a typo.
Submit your report.

Your module admin will be notified and can review and fix the question.

Most “empty Daily Loop” days are completely normal. Walk the three checks below in order. If none of them explains it, see the bottom of the page.

1. Is today a training day for your team?

Your admin picks which weekdays HeyLoopy delivers drills. If today is a non-training day, you will not get a loop. Common defaults:

Mon-Fri only. Weekends are quiet.
Mon, Wed, Fri. Three days a week.
Team-specific. Frontline teams sometimes train on rest days; office teams almost never do.

You can confirm this on the dashboard. The next scheduled training day is shown at the top of the Loop card.

What happens if I miss a day?

Short version: you have not lost anything important. Mastery is not a streak. The spacing schedule absorbs missed days and pulls the lessons that needed practice back into your next loop.

What changes when you miss a day

Drills you would have done shift forward. The scheduler does not pile them up; it picks the few that matter most for the day you do show up.
Your streak counter resets. Streaks count consecutive training days you actually answered. A missed training day breaks the streak. A non-training day (weekend, team holiday, configured day off) does not.
Mastery does not go down. A lesson you mastered last week is still mastered today. You may see it sooner than scheduled because the system tightens the interval after any gap, but the underlying mastery state is unchanged.

What you should do tomorrow

Just open the loop. The drills you see will be the ones the schedule decided are most at risk of slipping. Do those, and you are caught up. There is no makeup quiz, and you do not need to “do extra” to compensate.
