Why didn't I get a drill today?
If your Daily Loop is empty, one of three things is usually going on. Here is the quick checklist.
Most “empty Daily Loop” days are completely normal. Walk the three checks below in order. If none of them explains it, see the bottom of the page.
1. Is today a training day for your team?
Your admin picks which weekdays HeyLoopy delivers drills. If today is a non-training day, you will not get a loop. Common defaults:
- Mon-Fri only. Weekends are quiet.
- Mon, Wed, Fri. Three days a week.
- Team-specific. Frontline teams sometimes train on rest days; office teams almost never do.
You can confirm this on the dashboard. The next scheduled training day is shown at the top of the Loop card.
2. Have you already mastered everything active?
HeyLoopy will not invent filler. When you have reached mastery on every lesson in your active modules, your Daily Loop goes quiet until either:
- Your team publishes new content.
- The spacing schedule decides one of your mastered lessons is due for a refresher.
A quiet loop on a mastered day is the system doing its job. The dashboard shows a “Caught up” state when this happens.
3. Is your timezone matched to your team?
The Daily Loop is scheduled in your team’s timezone, not yours. If you are traveling, on holiday, or working from a different region, the loop may not have triggered yet for you, even though it is “tomorrow” on the calendar where you are.
Wait until the team’s working hours, then refresh.
Still nothing?
If today is a training day, you have active modules with un-mastered lessons, and your timezone is aligned, then something is genuinely off. Send support a note with:
- Your team name.
- The day and approximate time you checked.
- A screenshot of the dashboard if you can.
We almost always find the cause within an hour.
