01. WHAT HEYLOOPY IS

In short: A training platform that turns your existing documents into 60-second daily drills, with a per-role mastery view your audit team can use.

HeyLoopy is a web-based training tool aimed at the work that has to survive month six. We take the documents your team already uses (SOPs, policies, procedures, protocols, training manuals, regulatory excerpts) and turn them into short daily drills. Your team runs the drills on a phone browser, 60 seconds at a time. The admin sees a per-role mastery view: who has retained what, by topic, over time.

We are not an LMS replacement. We complement an LMS. The LMS proves your team was assigned the training; HeyLoopy proves they still remember it.

02. WHAT YOU PUT INTO HEYLOOPY

In short: Documents your team already has. Nothing exotic.

HeyLoopy ingests text-based documents: PDFs, DOCX, plain text. Examples we have seen work well:

• Policy memos (financial, clinical, HR)
• Standard Operating Procedures (manufacturing, EHS, field service)
• Clinical bundle protocols (sepsis, central-line insertion, hand hygiene)
• Regulatory examination manual excerpts (FFIEC, FDA, Joint Commission)
• Service manual chapters (robotics, industrial automation, aerospace MRO)
• Training outlines and onboarding guides

We do not ingest images, video, or audio. Drills are text-only (multiple choice and pairing today; we will say so plainly when other types ship).

03. WHAT YOU GET OUT

In short: A drill set you can assign. A mastery view you can read.

The drill set is yours to publish, edit, and assign. Admin edits roll out instantly to every assigned role. There is no version concept; the module is always the current content.

The mastery view shows percent correct over time, by user and by group. Every drill result is timestamped and retained, so the record reaches back across the whole period: it is the data your audit team or internal review can look at when the look-back arrives. It is not an official certification of competence; that determination belongs to your audit team and to the regulator.

04. HOW THE AI IS USED

In short: AI drafts the first version of each drill. The admin decides what ships.

HeyLoopy uses large language models to read the document passage and draft an initial drill: question, answer choices, explainer. The admin reviews each drill, edits the wording, accepts or rewrites. Nothing is published until the admin publishes it.

We do not train any AI model on your content. Our AI providers contractually do not train on API traffic by default; we have not opted in to any data-sharing, evaluation, or fine-tuning program. See privacy policy §6 for the full AI subprocessing posture.

05. WHAT HEYLOOPY DOES NOT DO

In short: A list of things we are not, so you can decide quickly.

We do not:

• Replace your LMS. The LMS keeps doing its job (assignment, completion, recertification). HeyLoopy works on a different problem.
• Store PHI, payment card numbers, or end-customer financial records. Procedural training content only. See the trust page .
• Offer a BAA. HeyLoopy is not designed for PHI storage; clinical-training customers use it for procedural recall, with patient data staying in their EHR.
• Process PCI data. Payments are delegated to Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).
• Retrieve images or diagrams from your documents. RAG is text-only.
• Auto-route assignments by HRIS job title. The admin configures groups and assigns modules.
• Issue regulator-facing competence assertions. A quiz tool can show the data; the regulatory conclusion belongs elsewhere.

06. HOW MUCH IT COSTS

In short: 3 seats free. $12 Basic. $24 Pro. No card to start.

• Free: Up to 3 seats. No card. Full access to the drill loop, the mastery view, and the document-to-drill pipeline.
• Basic: $12 per seat per month. Full feature set for small teams.
• Pro: $24 per seat per month. Additional admin controls and integrations.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing under a Master Subscription Agreement.

07. HOW TO TRY IT WITHOUT TALKING TO SALES

In short: Sign up, upload one document, see a drill set in about five minutes.

Go to heyloopy.com . Create an account. Drop one of your SOPs into the chat with Loopy. Wait about three minutes. Open the drill set, review the questions, edit if needed. Assign to yourself or up to two teammates. Take a drill from a phone browser. The whole loop is about five minutes.

For regulated buyers who do not upload internal program documents to unvetted vendors (BSA officers, in particular), use a public document instead: a FFIEC manual section, a recent FinCEN advisory, an OSHA standard, a Joint Commission survey readiness guide. The pipeline works identically.

08. WHO IT IS BUILT FOR

In short: Roles where forgetting costs you. Compliance, EHS, clinical, field service, BSA/AML.

The current six vertical pages describe the buyers we built around:

You don’t have to fit one of these to use HeyLoopy. The product is general enough that any team training on procedural knowledge benefits. These are just the buyer profiles we have studied most.

09. WHAT IS ON THE ROADMAP

In short: A few things in flight; we say so plainly.

• Native iOS and Android apps. Currently web-only on any phone browser.
• Spanish drills. Currently English-only.
• Additional drill types (today: multiple choice and pairing).
• SOC 2 Type I is on our near-term roadmap. We are not ourselves certified today; we run on SOC 2-certified AWS infrastructure, and we will publish a target date when it firms up.
• A deeper public /security/ page for security-questionnaire reviewers.
