How to use HeyLoopy without us having to call you about it. Plain-language summary first; full rules below.
Build drills from your SOPs, policies, procedures, and reference material. Assign to employees, contractors, apprentices, volunteers. Track recall and mastery.
No illegal content. No content that targets, harasses, or endangers a person or group. No content that violates someone else's rights.
SOPs, policies, drill questions you author, and end-user responses are yours. You grant us a license to process them so we can deliver the Service.
No scraping, no rate-limit abuse, no probing for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure path, no using outputs to train a competing model.
In short: Anyone who uses HeyLoopy — customers, end-users, evaluators, free-tier users.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the HeyLoopy Service (“Service”) provided by LoopBot Corporation. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service . If your organization signed a Master Subscription Agreement that addresses acceptable use, that agreement controls in case of conflict.

In short: Don’t upload, generate, or distribute content that’s illegal, harmful, or violates someone’s rights.
You may not use the Service to upload, store, generate, or distribute content that:
Special-category content note. If your training program legitimately addresses sensitive topics (e.g., trauma-informed care training, abuse-recognition training for safeguarding, medical procedures, security operations), that’s permitted. The prohibition is on harmful content, not on the training topic.
In short: Don’t break the Service, abuse the AI, or use HeyLoopy to harm someone else’s system.
You may not:
In short: AI is a tool inside HeyLoopy. Don’t use it to generate the things in Section 3.
When you use AI-powered features:
In short: You own what you put in. You grant us a license to process it so we can run the Service.
You retain ownership of:
You grant HeyLoopy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, modify (for formatting and delivery), and display your content solely as needed to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you remove the content or terminate your account, except for backup copies that age out per our retention schedule.
We do not train AI models on your content — ours or any third party’s. See Privacy Policy, Section 6 for the AI subprocessing details.
In short: If you’re an admin assigning training, you’re responsible for what you upload and who you assign it to.
Customer organizations are responsible for:
End-users are responsible for their own conduct in the Service, including responses they submit.
In short: We may suspend or terminate for violations. We’ll usually warn first; serious violations are removed immediately.
If we believe content or activity violates this policy, we may:
For non-severe violations we’ll typically notify the customer’s admin first and offer a chance to remediate. For severe violations (CSAM, imminent harm, security incidents) we may act immediately and without prior notice.
In short: Email us. We respond within 5 business days for non-emergencies.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to account admins via email.
