A short, named list of every cookie we set, what it does, and how long it sticks around. No tracking-pixel grab-bag.
Two categories: necessary (to remember your consent choice and keep the site working) and analytics (PostHog + Google Analytics, used with your consent to understand how people use the site).
No advertising cookies. No cross-site behavioral tracking. We don't sell or share cookie data for retargeting.
Accept all, necessary only, or pick categories at the cookie banner. Change your mind any time by clearing site data in your browser; the banner will reappear on next visit.
Analytics cookies are set by PostHog and Google Analytics. Stripe sets payment cookies only if you reach a payment page. Full list below.
In short: A tiny text file your browser stores so a site can remember things between visits.
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let sites remember your preferences (like consent choices), keep you signed in across pages, and (with your permission) understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, web beacons, pixels — do related jobs. This policy covers all of them.
In short: Two: necessary and analytics. No advertising. No cross-site behavioral tracking.
Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and to record your privacy choices. You can’t turn these off; without them the site won’t function correctly.
Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, where people drop off, which CTAs work. We only set these if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time.
We do not use:
In short: Here is every cookie or local-storage entry we may set, plus the third parties that may set their own, with purpose and lifetime.

engage-widget-dismissed | HeyLoopy | Remembers you dismissed the engagement widget this session. | sessionStorage | This session only |
exit-intent-dismissed | HeyLoopy | Remembers you dismissed the exit-intent modal this session. | sessionStorage | This session only |

Sentry (our error-monitoring vendor) does not set persistent cookies on this site; it uses an in-memory or sessionStorage breadcrumb buffer.
The list above reflects the cookies we actively set or knowingly load. Third-party scripts may evolve their cookie usage independently. If you spot a cookie we haven’t listed, please email support@heyloopy.com .
In short: Use the cookie banner, or clear cookies in your browser settings.
From our site. The cookie banner appears on your first visit. You can choose Accept all, Necessary only, or Manage preferences to pick categories. To re-open the choice later, clear cookies for heyloopy.com in your browser; the banner will reappear on next visit.
From your browser. All major browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies:
Blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the site. Blocking analytics cookies is fine; you won’t lose any functionality.
Opt out of Google Analytics across all sites: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .
In short: No DNT standard is finalized, so we honor opt-outs through our cookie banner instead.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) header. Because there is no industry standard for how sites should respond to DNT, we don’t respond to it automatically. We do honor opt-outs submitted through our cookie banner and through the rights mechanism described in our Privacy Policy, Section 10 .
In short: We’ll update this list whenever cookie usage changes.
When we add, remove, or change a cookie meaningfully, we update this page and refresh the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes are reflected in the privacy notice as well.
