2. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

In short: HeyLoopy supports your training program. It does not replace a regulator, auditor, lawyer, doctor, accountant, or other licensed professional.

The Service is a training platform. It is not:

• Legal advice. Use of HeyLoopy does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
• Medical advice. Training content related to clinical procedures, patient care, or health is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician.
• Financial or tax advice. Training related to BSA/AML, accounting, or financial compliance does not replace your firm’s BSA officer, your CPA, or your regulator.
• A regulatory determination. Mastery scores and completion records are operational artifacts. They are not, in themselves, a finding by any regulator that your program is compliant.
• A safety or engineering certification. Training related to safety procedures, EHS, machine operation, or hazardous work does not certify competency under OSHA, MSHA, or any other regulator’s standards.

Before relying on any HeyLoopy output for a regulatory submission, employment decision, clinical decision, or safety-critical action, verify against authoritative sources and consult the appropriate licensed professional.

3. CONTENT SOURCED FROM CUSTOMERS

In short: Drills are generated from documents you upload. If your source is wrong, the drill will be wrong.

HeyLoopy converts customer-provided source material (SOPs, policies, procedures, manuals, reference documents) into drill questions and coaching language. The accuracy of the generated content depends on the accuracy of the source material.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy, currency, and completeness of the documents you upload.
• Reviewing generated drills before assigning them to end-users.
• Updating source documents and regenerating drills when regulations, procedures, or facts change.

We do not independently verify customer-uploaded content against external authorities, regulations, or current professional standards.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

In short: AI output is a tool, not a verdict. Treat it as a strong starting point that a human should review.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate drill questions, evaluate end-user responses, surface knowledge gaps, and produce coaching language. AI-generated output:

• Is probabilistic, not deterministic. The same input can produce different outputs.
• May contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies (sometimes called “hallucinations”).
• Should be reviewed by a human admin before it forms the basis of consequential decisions.

Where automated decisions made through the Service would produce legal or similarly significant effects on an individual (e.g., employment, certification, regulatory standing), the customer organization is responsible for providing human review consistent with applicable law (including GDPR Art. 22 where applicable).

In short: Links to other sites are for convenience. We don’t control them and don’t endorse them.

In short: We name customers and pilots only with their permission. Any testimonial reflects that person’s experience, not a guarantee.

We name customers, pilot organizations, or quoted individuals only when they have given us explicit permission. Testimonials reflect the real experience of the person quoted but are not a guarantee of results for any other customer. Your mileage will vary based on your content, your team, and your operating context.
