On Basic and Pro, you pay only for the seats you use. Add a teammate and the next invoice prorates the new seat. Remove a teammate and the next invoice credits it. You do not manage quantities directly; we calculate it from your team membership. Monthly billed, no annual commitment required.

Every person in your team workspace is one seat. There is no separate ‘active learner’ metric and no usage-based metering — admins, managers, and drillers all count the same. Your seat count is simply the number of people on your team, and your tier is set by that number.

Yes. This is the recommended approach. Most teams pilot the department where the gap is most acute — the BSA team, the EHS office, the OR float pool, one tech region — on Basic or Pro for 60-90 days before expanding. Per-seat pricing means you only pay for who is actually drilling.

Yes. Downgrade is self-serve. If your team is over the target tier’s seat cap, the in-app downgrade doctor walks you through which seats to release before the change takes effect, so no one gets surprise-locked-out.

No, and most customers run both. Your LMS continues to handle annual-recertification assignment, completion tracking, and credentialed-content delivery. HeyLoopy sits alongside as the retention layer that makes training actually stick — daily 60-second drills built from your existing policies, real-time gap-discovery via admin chat, per-learner mastery heatmap. Your LMS handles the system-of-record dimension; we handle whether the team retains it.

Each tier carries a generation budget for AI module drafting, document ingestion, and admin chat with Loopy. Free is sized for evaluation. Basic is sized for a small team’s ongoing use. Pro carries materially higher capacity across all three for mid-size deployments. Enterprise is custom. If your team approaches the cap on any tier we send a notice and offer a temporary lift while you upgrade — no surprise lockouts.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We are built on SOC 2 Type II-certified AWS infrastructure, following SOC 2-aligned controls. HeyLoopy itself is not currently SOC 2 certified; SOC 2 Type I is on our near-term roadmap. We complete vendor security questionnaires (SIG Lite, CAIQ, or your institution’s custom form) on request. We accept all major credit cards on Basic and Pro. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
