We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with net-30 terms.

When a team member adds a module to their account, we provision a new adaptive AI Coach based upon the content for the module and assign it to that user. An enrollment is the per-month billing for that AI Coach deployed for the user. You can enroll and unenroll at any time and we will calculate a pro-rated fee based upon the amount of time the user has been enrolled in the module.

Your trial converts to a pay-as-you-go plan. No credit card is required to start, so there are no surprise charges. You only pay for active enrollments once you choose to continue.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We host on AWS with SOC 2-aligned infrastructure. Your training documents remain your property and are never shared or used to train external models. Enterprise customers can request a detailed security review.

HeyLoopy integrates directly with Slack, sending training reminders and team notifications to your workspace so learning happens where your team already works. You can also use us as a standalone platform or as a complement to your current LMS. Enterprise plans include custom integrations and API access.
