Pricing that grows with your team

No. The Freemium plan is free forever for teams up to 3 seats and asks for nothing at signup. Add a credit card only when you decide to upgrade to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise.

AI usage refills continuously across short-term (hourly), daily, and monthly rolling windows. If a team uses a burst of AI features, short-term capacity restores within an hour and daily capacity restores over 24 hours, so you do not lose your access; it just paces with you. Paid tiers get progressively more capacity per seat: Basic gives roughly 5x what Freemium teams get, Pro gives roughly 10x, and Enterprise uses custom thresholds.

AI features pause until the relevant rolling window refills (a few minutes for hourly caps, a few hours for daily caps). Non-AI features (modules, lessons, learner progress, dashboards) keep working normally. Your data is never affected.

On Basic and Pro, you pay only for the seats you use. Add a teammate and the next invoice prorates the new seat. Remove a teammate and the next invoice credits it. You do not manage quantities directly; we calculate it from your team membership.

Yes. Downgrade is self-serve. If your team is over the target tier’s seat cap, the in-app downgrade doctor walks you through which seats to release before the change takes effect, so no one gets surprise-locked-out.

We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with net-30 terms.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We host on AWS with SOC 2-aligned infrastructure. Your training documents remain your property and are never shared or used to train external models. Enterprise customers can request a detailed security review.

HeyLoopy integrates directly with Slack, sending training reminders and team notifications to your workspace so learning happens where your team already works. You can also use us as a standalone platform or as a complement to your current LMS. Enterprise plans include custom integrations and API access. You can be up and running in minutes. Sign up free, upload a document, and Loopy generates a training module automatically. There is no lengthy implementation process. Enterprise customers with custom integrations typically onboard within 1-2 weeks.

Not at launch. We are starting with simple per-seat monthly pricing and may add an annual option later.
