SCORM Doctor: Diagnose Your SCORM File

Your LMS rejected the package, or it uploaded but won't mark complete. Drop the .zip below to see what's wrong and how to fix it. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.

Your SCORM file and its content never leave your browser. We log anonymous diagnostic stats (size, counts, error types), never your content, to improve the tool.

checks passed. This report lives only in this tab until you start over.

A clean package is the easy half

This tool tells you whether your course will load. It cannot tell you whether anyone will remember it.

That second question is the one that costs you. A SCORM file passes every check here, uploads clean, marks complete for the whole team, and six months later the procedure is gone. The completion report stays green. The competence does not.

Completion is not competence. An LMS proves people were present. It cannot prove they can still do the thing on the day it matters, when the auditor, the tracer, or the look-back asks.

The retention layer

The fix is not a new system of record. Your LMS is good at what it does. It ingests the SCORM you just checked, schedules the assignment, and files the certificate. HR needs it to keep doing exactly that.

What it was never built to do is keep the knowledge warm between the course and the moment it is tested. That is a separate job. It takes the documents and policies you already maintain, turns them into 60-second daily recall, and gives you a per-role view of where the team is soft before an audit finds it first.

You keep your LMS. The retention layer sits alongside it, in the budget that owns the risk.

See how training actually sticks , or start free : paste one procedure your team keeps re-covering, get a 60-second daily recall drill in under a minute, and watch it hold before the exam.
